Why a 20% drawdown limit on Academy accounts?
We seek to have Academy accounts managed at maximum drawdown of 20%, if you wish to top up your Academy account, you may deposit funds into your funding account and notify us or FXT to apply these to your Academy account. You will be permitted to withdraw those funds before any Profit Sweep event occurs.
Why profit sweep and how does it work?
Profit sweeps at 20% return (same amount as Trader deposit) mean that we lower the impact of possible losses in future by the amount we profit sweep. Sweeps are made basis account Equity level being >20% up as at New York close last trading day of any month.
